My sweet little niece Abbie got diagnosed with juvenile diabetes when she was only 3years old. She is the sweetest little thing and it amazes me how understandingshe is of her unique and special condition. Abbie's parents try to stress the importance of learning all they can about juvenile diabetes. Each year they participate in some form of fund raising for diabetes to help find a cure! This year they are participating in a 69mile bike race called the race for a cure. My brother Josh is a super bicylc-est and has put together a killer team to bike and earn money that goes directly to the juvenile diabetes foundation.
They still need another $700 to participate in the tour.
